Nivine Sandouka

Nivine Sandouka is a distinguished Palestinian feminist and peace activist from East Jerusalem with over two decades of expertise in peacebuilding and gender equity. She currently serves as the Regional Director for the Alliance for Middle East Peace (ALLMEP), where she leads innovative programs focused on trauma-healing, women's leadership, and civil society collaboration.

Nivine is the Executive Director of the NGO Our Rights, advocating for the civic and political rights of Palestinians in East Jerusalem. A dedicated leader, she sits on several boards, including the Jerusalem Center for Women and Forward Global Women. She holds an MA in Democracy and Human Rights from Birzeit University and was recognized by the U.S. State Department as a young leader in conflict resolution.
