Applied Trauma-Informed Leadership – The Generosity of a Culture of Radical Care

Highlights from this session:

In this interview, Thomas Hübl describes how we can find our agency while witnessing the suffering across the planet. Many of us are aware that most of this suffering is human made, and have a deep longing to contribute to healing the roots of this crisis. Thomas invites us to follow our inner movement into agency, while installing practices into our days which make it possible for us to stay regulated and resilient in a traumatizing world. He advises us to stay tuned into our body’s sensations and emotions, while seeking out spaces of open communication and mutual care to build personal and collective resilience. Thomas discusses the significance of addressing collective trauma to create a more just and equitable society, underscoring the potential benefits of collective healing. Together, we can create pockets of healing for pockets of trauma.
