Tammarrian Rogers has worked in the tech industry for over 30 years, holding engineering roles at General Motors, Apple, Microsoft, and Snap. She has led cross-functional teams in Quality Engineering, Release Management, Globalization, and Inclusive Product Engineering. Passionate about mentoring, she actively supports creating safe spaces in tech for BIPOC, women, and LGBTQIA+ communities. She has served on advisory councils and boards for Ada Developer’s Academy, NordVPN, and the Northwest Tech Equity Initiative (NWTEI).
In November 2021, Tammarrian left her role as Snap’s first Inclusive Engineering Director to focus on “global relational healing.” As the Founder of Sarell, she champions a tech paradigm that prioritizes social well-being alongside traditional success metrics. Sarell works with innovators to promote conscious product development, fostering customer trust and collective wellness.
Currently a global, solo nomad, Tammarrian enjoys hiking, dancing, pets and stillness, while engaging with those exploring technology’s role in collective healing and a sustainable world.
