Karima Kadaoui
Co-Founder & Executive President of Tamkeen Community Foundation for Human Development, Researcher

Karima Kadaoui is the Co-Founder and Executive President of Tamkeen Community Foundation for Human Development, founded in Morocco in 2009. As a facilitator and lived experience researcher, she explores how trust in human potential and unconditional love create conditions for societal metamorphosis.

With 25 years across private, public, and social sectors, Karima has worked in top-tier consulting, advised the Moroccan government on public policy and governance, and worked with marginalized communities. Her work with Tamkeen, seeks to embody the question: How can our schools, communities, organisations, and societies be the expression and manifestation of our shared humanity?

She serves on the boards of Imal Initiative for Climate and Development and Africa Voices Dialogue. Inspired by her daughters, Sara and Maria, she strives to "grow out of herself, from herself, into herself," embracing the beauty of “being both the gardener and the garden.”
