Karima Kadaoui is the Co-Founder and Executive President of Tamkeen for Our Humanity Foundation, founded in Morocco in 2009. As a facilitator and lived experience researcher, she explores how trust in human potential and unconditional love create conditions for societal metamorphosis.
With 25 years across private, public, and social sectors, Karima has worked in top-tier consulting, advised the Moroccan government on public policy and governance, and worked with marginalized communities. She is a member of the Club of Rome and serves on the board of Africa Voices Dialogue, contributing to the renaissance of education across Africa. Her work with Tamkeen, seeks to embody the question: How can our schools, communities, organisations, and societies be the expression and manifestation of our shared humanity?
She strives to "grow out of herself, from herself, into herself," embracing the beauty of “being both the gardener and the garden.”
