Over her 40-year career, she’s built successful companies, facilitated workshops in civil society organizations, designed and led leadership programmes around the world. With all of her career transitions, she’s been guided by intuition, and driven by passion to catalyse transformation and illuminate feminine soft power.
At 28 as a single mother, she founded an Aromatherapy company with a mission to return natural healing to the healers of the home; women. Using feminine principled leadership, they grew from a kitchen tabletop start-up to a multi-million-dollar enterprise. Concurrently, she worked to end women's subjugation in the global south, merging her role as a business leader with social activism.
After moving to London, she focused on systems change and executive training, navigating across diverse industries. Bridging the chasm between genders, she’s amassed expertise in healing trauma and restoring wholeness. In 2012, she launched The Flourish Initiative, to catalyse a transformation in corporate cultures. In 2015, as co-founder of FemmeQ, her focus was championing a future rooted in feminine intelligence, redefining life, leadership and business paradigms.
