Mrs. Dileen Sardar Zuhdi Al-Noori serves as the Director of the Center for Gender Equality Studies and is a distinguished Academic Member at the University of Duhok (UoD). With expertise in Public Law, Mrs. Zuhdi earned her Master's degree in Public Law, specializing in Constitutional Law, from the University of Alexandria in Egypt in 2015. Her educational journey includes a BA degree in Law and Politics from the University of Duhok in 2006, and know as a PhD researcher at University of Duhok.
In addition to her role as a lecturer,, Mrs. Zuhdi has held various administrative positions at both the University of Duhok and the University of Zakho. Beyond academia, she contributes significantly as the Vice Director of Hanasa Plus International Organization for Environment Protection. Her professional endeavors extend to consultancy work for the German organization GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) in the Kurdistan Region.
Mrs. Zuhdi is not only a dedicated academic but also a prolific researcher, focusing on human rights issues. Her impactful contributions include numerous published articles in international and academic journals, addressing critical aspects of children's and women's rights. Moreover, she actively participates in various international, regional, and local forums, activities, and training sessions centered around legal and human rights topics.
